About the Trullo
Located in the beautiful countryside of Ostuni, this exclusive trullo is perfect for those seeking a unique and memorable experience.
The trullo has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a full kitchen to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The private pool is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun, while the large patio offers breathtaking views of the countryside surrounded by an acre of land with ancient olive trees.

Meet the Hosts
Since April 2001, our global adventures have united us in a passion for exploration. Over 20 years, we've grown together through challenges, continually evolving.
In the summer of 2020, we stumbled upon Puglia's Valle D'Itria, captivated by its beauty. A spontaneous decision led us to buy a Trullo, naming it EVO for the ancient olive trees.
Trullo EVO, born from love at first sight, symbolizes our journey. Welcome to our family. Welcome to our home in Puglia.

Check-in & Check-out
Check-in from
4:00 pm
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. A local host will be in touch to arrange everything and welcome you at the Trullo.
Check-out by
10:00 am
Check-out is at or before 10:00 am on your last day. The same host will coordinate key collection and a final property check with you.
Late check-in (after 8 pm) and early check-out (before 8 am) incur a €30 additional charge.
Documents & City Tax
Italian law requires us to register all guests on a tourism portal. Please share a photo ID (passport or ID card) for every guest via WhatsApp or email before your arrival date.
Ostuni also charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per night. Payment is accepted by bank transfer, PayPal, or cash to your welcome host. Please let us know your preferred method.
Guidelines
House Rules
We ask you to treat Trullo EVO as your own home. A few simple guidelines help us keep it beautiful for everyone.

No Smoking
Trullo EVO is entirely smoke-free. Please avoid smoking anywhere on the property.

No Pets
As much as we love animals, pets are not permitted inside Trullo EVO.

No Visitors
External visitors are not allowed unless they are registered guests.

Pool
Please do not enter the pool with sun lotion or skin cream — it damages the filter.

Alarm
Always activate the alarm with the controller when you leave the property.

Damage
If something breaks, please let us know. We'll handle it fairly for everyone.

No Climbing
Please do not climb on the Trullo structure — it is dangerous.

BBQ
Use the BBQ only outside the patio area to avoid smoke and fire reaching the structure.

Garbage
Never leave garbage outdoors — it attracts wild animals. See the Sustainability section.

Air Con
Close all windows and doors when using A/C, and switch it off when leaving.

The Kitchen
At Trullo EVO you'll find a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook for up to 10 people. A large fridge keeps your food and drinks perfectly cool throughout your stay.

Appliances
Air Conditioning
Every room has air conditioning. Before switching it on, ensure doors and windows are closed. Please turn it off when you leave the Trullo.
Smart TV
The living room TV is a Smart TV loaded with all the major streaming platforms for your entertainment.
Washing Machine
A washing machine and detergents are available in the technical room. Hang clothes to dry behind the trullo.
The Olive Grove
Olivetta
Olivetta is our charming wooden house nestled in the heart of the olive grove — a tranquil escape for both children and adults. Designed to bring you closer to nature, it's ideal for stargazing under Puglia's clear night sky.
Open-air magic
With its open and airy design, you can enjoy the soothing sounds of the Apulian countryside while relaxing on the cozy mattress. Whether you want to reconnect with nature, have an adventure with the kids, or simply enjoy a peaceful night under the stars — Olivetta promises an unforgettable experience.
Opening

Stand in the center of Olivetta facing the entrance door and hold the handle of the left flap with one hand.

Still holding the handle, lean your right shoulder against the cover flap and push up.

Push the flaps outward with the other hand.

Holding the top flap with both hands, accompany it all the way to the end of the stroke to avoid sharp kickback. Repeat for the other flap.
Closing
1
Holding the flap with both hands in the middle position, pull upward.

Holding the handle with both hands, push the flaps upward.

Rest your right shoulder on the flap to accompany its slide to closure — avoid sharp bumps.

Make sure the closure is done properly. Repeat for the other flap.

Wi-Fi is on the house — connect and enjoy.
Environment
Save the Planet
Although the trullo has all the amenities of a modern house, there are a few things to be mindful of. Simple gestures for a sustainable vacation.
Water
Tap water is not drinkable. You'll find bottles of water in the fridge on arrival. The trullo draws from a private well — please be mindful and avoid waste.
Hot Water
Hot water is generated by solar panels — just 30 minutes of sun is enough. No need for long waits or waste.
Sewage System
In the bathroom, please flush only toilet paper to avoid clogging the system.
Lights & A/C
When leaving, switch off all lights, air conditioners, and appliances. The thick trullo walls naturally stay cool even in the heat.
Fresh Fruit
Enjoy fruit straight from our trees. If you spot ripe fruit anywhere on the property, you're more than welcome to pick and eat it.
Garbage
Garbage is not collected at the door. Please bring it to the collection point about 1 km from the Trullo. Drop-off hours: 6 pm – 6 am daily.
